Great story and great narrative!

I started reading the first book but saw a review on Insta that raved about the book on audible! Boy was I NOT disappointed! This series is narrated in Duet style. Which I wish would pick up more! When we want to hear our bad boy, morally gray love interest lay on the chemistry with our kick ass main gal, I want to hear the rasp and the male energy. And this does NOT disappoint!! Can’t wait to start book 3! Love the emotions: sarcasm, wit, dry humor, angst, you feel it all!

I am officially hooked on this book series. I can't wait for the next one. These authors never disappoint they are amazing And I love the narrators on this. I wish I could give it more than five stars for everything because it's so deserves more.

STOP what you are doing and read this book… talk about absolutely devouring a story… I couldn’t get enough. It just gets better, deeper, more complex and WAY more painful. I am completely obsessed & immediately on to book 3

The best cliffhangers!!

This series is such a blast. The storyline has such intricate interweaves of detail with the characters back stories. You get so much raw emotion from the trauma in their pasts the story keeps growing and getting crazier. I was yelling at the end lol The narration I am as always blown away with Lucas and his ability to transform his vocals into so many unique characters. Brooke is the same as well. There is care to create differing voices to give layers to the story. On to book 3!
