What a pleasant surprise

I must say that I wasn’t expecting much. I purchased the book to pass the time and assumed it would be you typical dystopian fantastical storyline, but I was wrong. I’m purchasing book 2 now!

Enjoyed

I love how it kept me waiting. That’s not normal for a Tate James book, but welcomed.

Obsessed

Tate the queen has done it again. Perfect amount of spice, great story and world building, and the cliff hanger has you running for the next book. The characters are great and the chemistry between them all is off the charts.

great story but the Male narration is...weird. his voice doesnt fit what a younger man should sound like. more like a grandfather
