clearly written, researched, and read well. highly recommend! this was required reading in my msw program but I think any and all human beings will benefit. love the concept of the me and the I.

Such a powerful book with wonderful insights. So inspiring. I feel moved and empowered to do my part in service to the dignity of every human.

Essential reading for humans

Foundational perspective on an important topic for which threads can be pulled across all lived experiences. I tend to prefer brevity in illustrative examples; I mostly found the examples/stories helpful. This book is useful for giving names to prior experience. Applicable to life at all ages…a must read.
