Things we already know, but helpful reminders and tips!

I really liked that the author gave lots of examples for many things to do in the classroom. I found myself taking lots of notes of things I use to know but could implement in my classroom better!

much needed advice

I am a new teacher and I was listening to this book on my commute. It was interesting how after all my observations the experience teachers were giving me the same advice as in the book. I love though how the book gave stories and ways to use the advice. I have noticed a change in my classroom climate where we can still have positive happy experiences but maintain sanity.

Practical advice!

There are so many books and so much time spent on theory, and that’s great, but we also need books like this. There’s so much practical advice!
