Enemies to lovers? Say less!

I have been so eager for Bridger and Emilia with all the glimpse of them from the previous books and of course they delivered. Bridger has disliked Emilia for years and with her families paper constantly writing about his family it has only gotten worse. Emilia has no part of the paper but no matter what she say or does Bridger isn’t listening. I loved the banter and tension between them. Bridger is a grump and stubborn but Emilia isn’t cowering down to him no matter what he does or says. Even through all the bickering, a friendship was formed and feelings grew between them. Bridger is a grumpy man and stubborn but under it all he is a softy and protective. He really grows emotionally in this story as we get to learn more about him and his past. Emilia is a sweetheart, fierce and goes after what she wants. I loved her putting herself first, standing up for herself and chasing her dreams. This family is so good and the way they support and love each other is everything! Can’t wait for more!

YOU’RE CRAZY IF YOU DON’T LOVE THIS SERIES

Bridger Chadwick is a billionaire grump who desperately needs a little flower power in his life. Flower power in the form of Emilia - his enemy and supposed anonymous writer of the infamous Taylor Tea. When the truth comes out and apologies made - all bets are off.

Things I Loved:
-Emilia finding her tribe was my absolute favorite part of this entire book. I love when women support each other when family is lacking
-Bridger’s faces his traumatic past#therapyrep
-The Chadwick family constantly supports and encourages each other.
-I am desperate to discover the author of the Taylor Tea
-And that lead up to Archer Chadwick’s book (childhood friends turned nemesis) - YES PLEASE!

Audio Notes:
{duet} The narration was as wonderful as I expected. I was able to follow along with each character easily. The banter and grumpiness hit perfectly. I highly recommend this audiobook

Favorite of the series!

I have been anxiously awaiting Bridger and Emilia's story since their first encounter in the series - I LOVE enemies to lovers - and I knew that Laura would bring it with this book, and SHE DELIVERED!!

There's something about a grumpy man with a heart of gold, and that is Bridger. I fell harder and harder for this man with each page, and Emilia was the perfect match for him. Their connection and chemistry were undeniable; their banter on-point; and the side characters and added humor made this story one of my favorites this year.

I always know that I'm going to be grinning from ear to ear when I read a L Pavlov novel, and I absolutely devoured this one while smiling, swooning and falling more in love with this world. The narrators were perfection - Jason Clarke as a grumpy Bridger - ALL THE YESES!!!!

I'm so glad there is still more to come in this series because I'm not ready to say goodbye to Rosewood River yet! Bravo once again L Pavlov!!!

Bridger & Emilia ❤️

This audiobook with Jason Clarke & Vanessa Vasquez was top tier, some of there best work! They really make you feel like you are on the side lines and can picture everything that happens even with all the side characters which we love to pieces.

Bridger Chadwick is definitely my new favorite MMC in this series!!! He is the king of a grumpy stubborn man and we have known he has hated Emilia since book one in this series, only based on him thinking she is behind the writing The Taylor Tea (newspaper article for there small town). He has alpha energy and likes everything in a particular orders. When Emilia tries to explain to him she is not behind it he still isn’t convinced.

I loved everything about Emilia! She is so sweet, independent and fierce. She knows what she wants even if her mother got in her way of her making her dreams of being an interior designer.

These two really stole my heart. There was so much tension between these two which lead this to be a bit of a slow burn but it was worth it because when these two are together they are electric 🖤 The banter these two had with each other really had me laughing out loud.

This has to be one of the best enemies to lovers romance to date.

the way jason clarke was the perfect bridger. he nails the grumpy vibes every time & it did not disappoint for even a second. i haven’t listened to a lot of vanessa vasquez but that needs to change bc her talent was so evident in this one. her broad range of emotions from snarky to devastated to in love - all of it was so well performed. this audio was fantastic, if you’re an audio listener this series is a must, but especially this one!

gasp! do i have a new favorite laura pavlov book?! i think i do. bridger & emilia were *everything* i will simply never be over them. the way this book made me laugh out loud so many times & also had me swooning. the way these two HATE each other at the beginning had me in a chokehold - to watch this grumpy broody man fall so hard for his girl (as beefcake would say) was *the best* journey. we love a man who falls so hard that’s he’s lowkey a mess over it 🤣 bridger had such a beautifully broken back story, it had me all in my feels. & emilia had much to prove to everyone but she was this ray of sunshine & good that made me want to be her best friend. laura always writes such great friendships & the group texts & girl chats in this one were so fun. overall this book is infinity stars for me.
