Evie St. Claire's life takes an exciting turn when she discovers she's the rightful heir to her long-lost aunt's estate. Sweet intro to Charming Cookie Corner
This is a sweet easy listen. I like the lead character, she's kind of plucky. The town is cute, I happen to really like that. The narrator does a good job with the characters.

Magic, Amazing Cat and a New Home
Surprising story about Evie St. Claire that inherits her long lost entire estate and she gets all excited until she finds out she has to go there to get her aunt's ashes, learns the house is old and in need of a lot of repairs. Evie finds a friend, a new life in a new town and surprises when her aunt's cat is really more than she ever imagined; don't want to spoil the rest of the story.
