I was skeptical but after listening to this packed full and knowledgeable guide, I’m sold!
The things I found most helpful were the myth busting section with studies and science to back it up, the challenge to figure out WHY I might do this lifestyle, and all the encouragement to keep going even if it’s not perfect in the beginning.
Great alternative ways of doing “exercize” that actually fits into my style, routine, and lifestyle is invaluable to me.
