Amazing, hands down!

I literally listened to this book every morning on my way to work until I finished. I started employing only some of the techniques and already have gotten responses back from CMOs we've been targeting for months.

its a wealth of knowledge although it DOES get a little repetitive. could be shorter by half an hour to an hour
