Extremely informative on psychology
This book is well-written, easy to use and easy to understand. It takes you step-by-step through the process of changing your behavior by realizing what is causing the behavior. I have overcome a problem I have been dealing with for more than 15 years by using the principles in this book.

There is hope!
From somebody that struggles from severe anxiety I can honestly say that this book has helped me tremendously. I've gained a better understanding on my thought process and how this impacts my mood. This in turn has helped me feel more in control over my life and it feels great. Follow your CBT routine religiously and you will see results.

Very Helpful
I suffer from anxiety/panic disorder and when I heard about this audiobook I thought it might be interesting.
I listened to the entire audiobook this morning while I was doing my daily chores and I am so glad I listened to it because it is very helpful and informative.
