This MC is unlike others you have heard before. He cares about other humans, even his crappy boss. He doesn’t seek to be the leader—he just naturally is.

It’s him leading the desperate and hopeless against the machine.

From Partner to Boss

Tyson had a real battle with the Sleem in the base, but he survived but just barely. He is creating a strong area for his people, and he is doing what is best for them. I found one glitch in chapter 10. It is printed as Chapter 3, but that was not that bad.

I really enjoyed this book. This series is a fresh take on litrpg and I found this book even more engaging than the first. I will definitely be getting the next book.

Somber yet absurdly entertaining

Narrator was brilliant with his diverse voices and 10000% effort. Roller coaster ride of emotion and adventure. Puckering my butthole for 3rd book.

Obsessed

Just a good time! I enjoyed the whole ride. It’s completely different from anything I’ve ever listened to before. The world building is incredible and all I can say is give it a shot. Definitely worth the credit. I can’t wait until the next installment. Will the MC and the sexy snake lady finally figure it out? Will cube ever be happy?

Next installment, more chaos.
Not a standalone. Tyson grows in strength and gathers new friends. The world expands slightly.
Some introspection. Steady pace. Great narrator. Great listen. Please enjoy.

A vibrant, original story with amazing world and character building.

It's Dungeon Crawler Carl.. including some species.. but at the same time totally different and unique.

All amazingly performed by who I can only assume is Mitch Hedburg's brother or college roommate. Maybe Mitch Hedburg reincarnated with a starfish in his chest.
