Great education for healthy happy life
This is a very practical and well written and well read guide to holistic health, written in a way that a lay person can totally understand and implement without a lot of hassle and expense.
I studied Chinese medicine for five years and took many courses on AyurVedic medicine…
And this wonderful book brought me back up to speed and I even learned things that I never knew before.
The most wonderful listen, you won’t regret it!

Perfect introduction to ayurveda
I've been practicing ayurveda off and on for 2 years now, on my own, and this book was able to go above and beyond any of the research I've done myself and gave me SUCH a better foundation. I am looking to book an appointment with an ayurvedic practitioner and I feel very well prepared for our consultation and confident in my basic understanding of what will probably be done for my needs. My husband also loved this book and in listening to it, decided he would join me in this lifestyle.

A great introduction for a beginner like me.
Really useful information and well presented. Well explained and easy enough to follow and understand.
I did read the lower ratings criticising the number of long recipes which are described in the audio book. This can be a bit annoying to be fair, but you do get a PDF so you can skip forward if you like.
Definitely a lot of useful information and practices to try. I think this is a really good beginners guide.
