First Third of the book was great, but

As the story continued it just kept getting weaker and weaker. Writer makes up drama just to throw in which really just kept pulling away from the story for me. Truly thought I had a good one though for that first part. Narrator's were good, I at least enjoyed the performance. Last few hours took me several days to finish if that helps any.

Absolutely loved this book. I can't wait for book 2 and am excited to see where this series goes.

I absolutely loved every minute of the story. Jonathan and Hannah blew it out of the water too.

I couldn't handle the cringe

maybe I'll get back to this later, but I only made it a couple of hours in and I couldn't really jive with this story.

protag being claustrophobic as a meaningful character trait for some reason, and so self loathing, instantly turned me off.

then the rapidity with which close bonds are not only formed with strangers, but alien strangers, feels really inauthentic and unearned.
