Barely crosses threshold for me to try next book as the first book has zero original content and author significantly struggles with pacing and making the book feel like a complete unit of reading. But, enough there to give it one more chance

A basic start to an apocalypse LitRPG story. The MC levels fast and falls into some power that continues to grow. He spends 95% of the book solo then runs into survivors at the end. That’s when the story starts to get semi interesting. I’ll give book 2 a shot when it drops

My favorite Author Just Crushed It In LitRPG

If you like Primal Hunter, Defiance of the Fall, or anything in the LitRPG genre you'll love this epic beginning!

I’ve been a fan of this author for years, and seeing him jump into LitRPG was exciting—this book blew me away. It’s easily the best start to a LitRPG journey I’ve EVER read. The weak-to-strong progression is super satisfying, and the game mechanics are tight without getting too technical. the combat scenes are crisp and dynamic. The main character feels authentic and carries the story perfectly. The solo journey is the highlight but some additional characters seem to have a lot of potential as well. It’s everything I love about the genre, written by a technical and talented author now doing best best work yet.

Final Verdict:
If you're looking for a LitRPG that nails both game mechanics and storytelling, this one delivers!

Just OK

The main character basically trips into a lot of power, which then snowballs. If you like really fast progression, this may be for you.
