Well thought out
What this book lacks in humor or griping twists, it makes up in believable characters.The realism of complexity in social interactions. Racism that goes both ways, bad guys with redeeming character traits, good guys with massive flaws. Children not being immune to an apocalyptic world. It's refreshingly relatable.

I think the people that leave reviews should have to at least read the whole book first. this series is awesome and if you like book 1 then you'll love all 3. can't wait till book 4

This book was so much fun! The story's still well-written, very entertaining, and clever. The pop culture references were super fun. Also, it's great to get to know the characters more. Starfish's stinking cute!
