All the while, I continue to practice a controlled positive mind-set through my subconscious mind. I will share with you a simple and effective approach to handling your life challenges.
Hypnotic state is normal to everyone. You may have experienced it on a daily basis and not even know it. For example, when driving to work, you arrive without knowing how you drove. It is all under your subconscious control. At the subconscious state of mind, you are easily accepting of suggestions.
In this book, I will teach you these secrets of changing different mind-sets that you want to change, with the help of a spouse, partner, or close friend. You will learn to easily enter into the subconscious state at which your mind would accept positive suggestions - the scripts you listen.
Amazing changes will occur after 21 days, when you begin believing in yourself and following my simple process. You will become more positive towards your life. Stress, anxiety, and negative thoughts will not be a part of your vocabulary.
