Beautiful story

This was very well written and narrated. It was a story i could not stop listening to.

A true page turner, you won’t want to set it down
The format in which it was laid out was really enjoyable as well

Good story

Very enjoyable but I think it missed one more chapter to better tie up the main characters story. Other than that, very enjoyable!

time period

well written with details of how the country was at war. survival. understanding and hard work, lovely prevails.

The details of what it was like to farm in the 30s and 40s.

I would have liked another chapter at the end after Gwen realized she loved Jack.
