Love it!

This audible is jam-packed with the knowledge that offered helpful advice on how to develop more self-awareness and the ability to act positively while doing so.Tammy's steps in this book are really helpful. They are straightforward and effortless but incredibly effective! This book is just what I needed. Fantastic book. 5Stars!

A breath of fresh air

Listening to this book gave me a great feeling of possibilities. There's nothing better than self-help books to become a better person. I can't wait to implement some of the strategies that I learned in this book. This is one I might listen to again and again.

Amazing action-steps to improve yourself!

This book gave me a lot of great reminders for how to boost my mood and become the best version of myself. I read a lot of self-help books, and I hadn't heard of some of these tips and exercises before. The whole book was filled with practical, easy-to-understand action steps that I will definitely be trying out, starting now! It's a well-rounded and holistic guide to improving your mind, body, goals, and relationships with others. Would recommend it to anyone!

A Practical and Authentic Resource for Anyone!

Firstly, I found this book very practical and very useful for improving my life. It's my goal to inspire others, and to do that I need to be my best daily and work at self-mastery. I loved how the author provides 30 simple steps, and each chapter is one of those steps, broken down into digestible nuggets of truth. Secondly, the narrator is the author...which, in my opinion, builds great authenticity into the book. Although a bit sleepy at times, the narration was calming and motherly, and it often felt like she was passing down some great generational pearls of wisdom. I highly recommend this book!

Nowadays, everyone is going through some type of anxiety or depression, which makes them feel hopeless, and some of them give up on life. If you're one of them, then this is the book you need to listen to; it will help you a lot.
It will help you find hope in life and reasons to be happy. It will guide you in the ways to make your future successful. The author provided 30 simple steps that you can take in your life that will turn your life into your dream life.
Apart from everything, the narration was amazing. And I highly recommend this book.

This book is a life changer!

I absolutely loved reading and listening to this book. The author did such a great job combining everything into 30 steps to become successful. It’s like so many self-help books all in one place. The only critique I have is that I’m not sure I’d call it 30 simple steps. Some of them are really hard, and most of them are hard to keep up consistently. But it is so nice to have them all in one place and she ever says your life will change even if you can only do a few. I highly recommend this book!

Fantastic!

I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook. The author did an excellent job of simplifying difficult concepts into 30 straightforward steps that are easy to understand and use. I was motivated and inspired as I listened to the book to act and support individuals in my community who might be in need of motivation and direction. The narrator is clear and articulate which provided for a pleasurable listening experience. Overall, this book is a must for everyone who wants to learn something new and rekindle their motivation.

Empowering!

This book is so empowering, I feel blessed to have listened to it. The best person to love you is you, and people cannot appreciate you until you appreciate yourself. But first, you need to know yourself. This is a very down-to-earth and exposive book on knowing yourself better so that you can be a better person. Life is in cycles and they say men are in sizes, I think, but really, this book should be everyone's companion to understanding and appreciating yourself better so that you can be an asset to yourself and to others around you!

Create and Hold Your Energy (Mood)

This book is GOOD! The author’ personal approach makes this very relatable. I was so motivated by the audible book that I have purchased a hard copy so that I have it in hand as a “go-by” to highlight and make notes. Valuable and Vital: Must Listen!

This is one of the most valuable and actionable audiobooks I've ever listen to. One of the key take aways that I gotten from this book (besides having a consistant routine and being committed to your goals and dreams, which I love how the author explains and how the narrator delivers this info),

I learned a vital concept called frustration cycles. The author clearly explains it by the concept of a clock. 3 is going down, into frustration, 6 is the lowest point of the frustration, 9 is going up and 12 is at the top of being positive and out of the frustration cycle (the author goes further in detail about frustration cycles).

I didn't realize how frustration cycles can affect and change your life until I had listen to this audiobook. The author clearly explains gives example and direct advice on how most people don't realize how our mood and behavior affect whether or not were in this cycle. I learned to be mindful of how I respond to a situation so that way I can be mindful of and try to avoid being in that cycle. The author has also explained how to get out of a frustration cycle as well by meditating and doing the things that bring you gratitude and joy.

Overall this is a most valuable listen and there's so much more info and easy steps to implement in this audiobook. From affirmations, motivations, inspiration, enlightenment and testimonials. It even has a 30 day self transformation plan (one concept for each day that you're trying to change your habits and your overall lifestyle) in order to achieve to the things you want in life. It's a MUST listen.
