Book 1 is my favorite. This one seemed to be missing something. The ex husband showing up was annoying.

Really enjoyed this story. As usual Winston James did his thing. Always love hearing him narrate. The female narrator was ok. I’ve heard her before. She doesn’t add much life to the character. Little dry.

This is my second book of 2025, and by far my fav in this series!! I love how Brandy and Michael's story is all about finding love after divorce because I personally can relate to this.

Their love story reminds me so much of Khalil and Honey in the book Mr. Librarian (they are still my fav literary couple) and that's why I like this book much.

Now it is time to read book 4!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the first two books Stiff and Strip. However the author changed the female narrator on the third book and things went downhill. I could not concentrate and stay with the storyline. Lord knows I tried but I had to give up for my sanity. Would not recommend book 3.
