I felt like the mark was missed on having Lilith as a strong female character. She could have been so much better. If she was actually the Queen of Hell then Ramel and Shem should have treated her better. They say they worshiped her but yeah, they didn’t. I wanted her so badly to put them in their place and it never happened. We need strong female characters that don’t bow down to the men. This is a huge problem in MF stories. Why are the authors so afraid to the have the women be the baddies they deserve to be. Hello. When do the women get that story.
I know the is a dark romance but even in a dark romance that specifically states the FMC is the leader than have her be amazing not just weak to the men.
The narrator’s did a great job.

Recommend or Not? and Why?: Yes, I would recommend this book to anyone wanting a good story based in Heaven and Hell and I highly recommend the audiobook! It was a great performance. I cannot wait to continue this series and read about Shem and Gabe's journey in Salem! I really loved the details that Alexandra provided in this book. She explained everything in so much detail it was like I was immersed in the world and I loved it. I also loved the movie quotes at the beginning of every chapter, that was a fun and unique touch!
