I found this book through the author’s appearances on art bells radio program. The book was well worth the credit.

The narration was good and the stories were incredible. The five stories were each surprisingly unique.

This is a heavy topic for those of us who believe in it and for that reason it can be difficult to listen to at times.

Incredible true story

Malachi Martin is an excellent writer and researcher and he tells 5 interesting stories about people who were possessed by demons. All of the stories are good. My favorites were the first and the last. The storytelling is very good and it's interesting to observe the tactics of the enemy. I don't want to spoil the contents. The book contains some elements of philosophy that I as a philosophy major found very interesting. The theology of the book seemed quite orthodox from my layman's perspective. You will enjoy this book if you like stories of the supernatural, horror stories, philosophy, Christianity, or the Roman Catholic Church.

Most of these were taken at the time of V2. The disrespect for the faith bothered me. I stopped listening after the second exorcism

Not good

Two problems I had with this story,
One I did not like the churches biases added to the story they could’ve told the story with out adding the biases of the church,
Two at the end of the book they give you a word for word DIY exorcism what I find dangerous about that is if you give the blueprints to a bomb to a person they’re going to try to make one. So with all the danger they put in this book about possession why would they have a word for word telling at the end of the book it’s like asking for trouble in my opinion other than that I enjoyed the book immensely.

It was worth it to get but still pretty rough.
