Cary Greene, Partner of the Strategic Offsites Group, consults with boards and senior executives on large-scale transformations, challenging strategic issues, and leadership conferences. Earlier in his career, he cofounded a strategy and technology consulting firm, which twice landed on the Inc. 500 list as one of the fastest-growing private companies. He is the co-author of Simple Sabotage: A Modern Field Manual for Detecting and Rooting Out Everyday Behaviors That Undermine Your Workplace (September 29, 2015). Cary has guest lectured at a leading business school, and his latest article, "Leadership Summits That Work: How to Stop Putting Your Top People to Sleep" (co-authored with Bob Frisch) was published in Harvard Business Review. Cary lives in Winchester, Massachusetts with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Ethan and Eva.
