This audiobook is for the tens of thousands of individuals (ranging from senior leaders to the front line) charged with leading continuous improvement efforts for their business, organization, or association. Regardless of the improvement program or tools your organization chooses, this audiobook is a must-listen for successful implementation, sustainability, and growth.

Why we created this guide comes from our own search for enduring improvement, what we call "Solving the Puzzle".

In our audiobook, we describe our learnings from decades of work in the field of continuous improvement. We explore why improvement initiatives in some organizations do extremely well, but in others struggle and often die out. Specifically, we analyze the results at two, nearly identical “sister sites” with whom we worked. One site became their corporate model; the other struggled with mediocre performance. Why were results so dissimilar?

Combining research and our experiences allowed us to solve this puzzle. We identified what is most necessary to foster and sustain a culture that is nimble, able to continually improve and innovate, and share it here with you now: The Five Keys.

The book is simple and easy to follow. The examples are real and bring reality and facts to the book, in that this journey is rewarding but very hard to sustain. It is very well explained that continuous improvement needs to stay a focus and we should not chase every new rabbit or flavor of the day.
A great read and realistic advice for anyone wanting to venture into being a CI leader.
