This was by far my favorite book of this series by far. The hero is a disillusioned Englishman who happens to be a NYT best-selling author. The heroine is a woman who has been through a lot of trials in her life and is searching her way. They collide when she takes a job being his house cleaner and he instantly decides she's a timid mouse to play with, but it isn't long before he sees his error. It's a delightful story about overcoming loss and trusting another person to move forward in life. The narration was excellent!

An angsty, passionate, frustrating and heartfelt journey to go on with Gavin and Savannah. Oh boy did I dislike Gavin he's surly, gruff and unapologetic. I honestly did not think he would redeem himself, yes he went through something tragic but he treated Savannah like she was a pest but he wanted her. This is where I feel like things were so frustrating. Savannah is so sweet, caring and someone I would love to hang out with. Their road was not paved with gold but their destination was perfect for them.

I just loved all the hot steamy passion between these two! How she opened up with him was just amazing! I was not disappointed at all with the story line!

as always this author doesnt disappoint. the storyline is awesome. just the right amount of banter and tension. i would have made Gavin make more effort to win the girl back from his epic mistake. love does conquer all.

I really enjoyed Gavin and Samantha’s story. Based on the others I knew something was going to go wrong. I loved the way Sawyer fixed it!
