So, you fell in love with your daughter's boyfriend.
What happens next? I'll tell you…You finally begin to live again.
You take trips, celebrate anniversaries, and attend your first Pride parade as an out-and-proud polyamorous throuple, apparently.
Life isn't perfect for you now that you've had a brand new happily ever after. Far from it. But you make it work. You find your way through the jealousy and the unrest of people who don't understand your quirky little family.
And most importantly, you love. You love so hard there's no possible way only one partner could handle it all.
It's a damn blessing I found two.

I can say there was definitely more of an improvement in me believing the three of them were a couple but I just don't understand why this was a choice. Clearly we as readers are meant to love Ryan and Ben. There are no Ryan and Jess moments. At all! No deeply emotional, deeply loving, seeringly sexy, heartfealt moments at all with them. Just Ryan and Ben. So why does Jess exist in this relationship? Because she was the originally established wife and what? Sure Ryan and Jess have some cute moments, and the story certainly implies they the three of them are still having fun together as a thruple but eh. It still doesn't feel real.
One of my issues with the first book was that we didn't get any chapters from Jess' POV till the literal end of the book which felt super jarring. And that is thankfully corrected in Pull. We do get more from her but I absolutely hated about 60% of Jess' POV. Any time I had to hear Rose Dioro attempt to use a male voice I physically cringed inward. Yes, I understand that it's difficult for anyone to try voicing both gendered roles, specially two different men. But this is one of those books where I REALLY wish it could have been properly recorded with all 3 voicing their characters for each chapter. I got used to the double voices for Ryan and Ben. But when It was Jess' narration during any sexy scene, I had to fast forward because It sounded awful. No hate to Rose at all, she did great with literally every other part of the narration and I enjoyed her as Jessica's voice. It was only the spicy scenes I hated.
Overall I am glad I read Push & Pull, I love love love Ryan and Ben's relationship and I tollerate Jessica's inclusion. (More so in Pull) I am FAR more excited to read Trouble to hear more about Tate and Lance. Will I read these books again probably, but I will definitely be skipping over chapters if I do.
Still wish this was just MM.
