Goal: Find a boyfriend, get married, buy a house in the suburbs with a white picket fence, and pop out 2.5 kids. Deadline: Sixty days. That's possible, right?

I'm not going to attempt a shotgun wedding or try to get knocked up by some guy I met on the internet, but there is no doubt that, this year, home for the holidays takes on a whole new, terrifying meaning. A really enjoyable story of two best friends meeting in college who 15 years later are still super close.
After quite a few dating disasters she needs a fake boyfriend to attend her sister’s wedding and her high school reunion, Luke ends up coming to her rescue.
With humour, a lot of great characters and a couple that slowly realised that there is more to their relationship than the friendship they have always had, this was a really great read.
I thoroughly enjoyed the story plus the audiobook narration by Nelson Hobbs and Elizabeth Hart.

This book was “feel good,” laugh-inducing, entertainment GOLD! I love a good friends-to-lovers trope and this book checked all my boxes!! Luke and Ava were so cute together and I really enjoyed reading/listening to their HEA journey. Cameos from Thatch and the whole “billionaires” crew made me smile and enhanced the entertainment value. Excellent narration. 5 stars all around. Worth your time and money? Yes!!!!

Best friends don't kiss by Max Monroe was just what I wanted. I was looking for basically a Hallmark movie but not so cheesy in book form and she delivered 100%.
. the normal tropes we love are there and she has a way of writing which brings to mind the very best of Gilmore Girls.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and plan on getting many others of hers. the billionaire book club series, which is hinted at in this novel is probably where I'm going to head next.
if you're looking for a fun read or listen, I would definitely recommend this.

It's a cute story, though the female voice actor tends to deliver her lines flat, but that seems to be a sad trend. Once in a while there's emotion in the delivery but for the most part, it's flat. The male voice actor did a great job. The story was interesting, though not my usual type. I found it under 'erotic romance' and there is NOTHING erotic in this book. I wouldn't even classify the sex scene as erotic. It was too...sweet, too pure to be called that. It's a lovely RomCom.
