So funny!

I wish I didn’t wait so long to read Max Monroe’s books. They are WAY too funny, and I love their writing. This enemies to lovers, forced proximity romance was so hilarious and sweet. Their world is awesome.

I absolutely LOVE CJ Bloom, and Alexander Cendese is also fantastic. This audio was fabulous.

Awesome job on the narration. This story was laugh out load funny. Silly, quirky and very sexy! A must listen. Max Monroe doesn’t disappoint.

Everything from max Monroe is amazing and intriguing. The comedy the narrators and the storyline. Great story, funny jokes, and wonderful ending.

Funny and fabulous

This book is hilarious, heartwarming, passionate and fanfreakintastic!!! Max Monroe gives us the best characters in crazy situations that will have you cringing, laughing out loud and having your heart feel amazing. This is the ultimate enemies to lovers, forced proximity, and vacation romance! Mac and Katy’s banter, sass, chemistry and dialogue is off the charts. Mac is charming, has a kind heart and is very laid back and chill. He loves his job as a music teacher. Katy is a bit uptight, Mia have a plan and is a bit on the grumpy side. She just wants to get away for a relaxing vacation…unfortunately her plans are out to the test. I loved every single word and moment of this story.

Swoony, silly, and a sprinkle of spice

3.75 rounded to a 4. A quick lite read, this book is best read after reading the Billionaire Series and Accidental Attachment, however can be enjoyed as a standalone. I enjoyed this read (and listen - as I purchased the Audiobook even though I had the ARC!).

The narrators did a great job and fit the character personalities - and did the side character voices well. Max Monroe can always pull off the quick funny banter, and I LOLed more than a few times.

There was a lot of build up, however the end felt rushed. I would have loved to see a bit more in those last couple chapters. Especially with the #AccidentalPregnancy.

Max & Monroe really can weave a story. Loved the interplay between the characters. It had me oohing and awing throughout. At times I was laughing out loud. CJ Bloom and Alexander Cendese did an excellent job capturing the characters!

Hmmm

The female narrator was superb as always but the male? He made the female sound like a child... but then again I guess the female DID act like one a lot of the time.

As a teacher, I almost dnf'd straight away. Yes, I know it's a private school but it was all just... weird and off putting. Even more off putting were these 2 characters. There was no chemistry and the FMC was eh.

Also, I didn't get the random "I failed Weight Watchers more times than I could count" inner dialogue. There are literally NO indications she is overweight the whole book and then boom some comment about that. Nothing is worse than a thin person being woeful about weightloss lol.

I won't be reading these authors again.
