Freeing
To me this book was transformational. Slowly I realized I am not simply the person I see in the mirror. I am the one who sees. I constantly go back to this book, just like The Power of Now. They are great supplements if you're also seeking.

Simplest Explanation of Mental Health EVER
Wow! The author’s explanations are simple enough for a child to follow yet profoundly deep. The process of how to enter into peace has been explained to me so many ways I have lost track but never with so much clarity as here. Incredible.
