Missing guided meditations

They didn’t include recorded guided (which people need) meditations at the end that are in the book.

the only book I know that helps to improve my life

if you are in a situation that whatever thing "cannot continue like this", or "this may never happen again" but are unsure how not to, or how to change, this book teaches you how!

I'm sick of philosophies that repeat as their mantra: "accept yourself as you are", "you are good as you are" etc.
this book is nothing like that!!
in stead it provides hands on guidance how to become the best version of yourself. I have listened this book 3 times and have a hard copy. you also need a notebook to write down your thoughts.

the change in me is primarily internal but it has not stayed unnoticed!

We control us!!

Such an uplifting way of thinking. It really works!! I am still in the process of dealing and deleting 40 something years of negativity, abuse, depression, anxiety. "Medicine" is not always the answer, and positive thoughts have NO side effects.You have to give in to a Higher Power.....You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Believe in yourself and you will never try anything new again....you will just do it.
Don't steal my line Nike!! LOL

I’ve read this book and every time I have a moment of awakening. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn how to create in there life…….

Great Listening!

Being familiar with the content allowed a deeper dive into it. I enjoyed the reader and I will be listening again. I do recommend this book to whoever has an open mind.
