i have listened to this book session 9 to remind me my purpose when i get lost...

This is the most incredible course. Just get it.

I’ve been a fan of Michael Singer for a while. His books The Untethered Soul and The Surrender Experiment. I’ve gone down the spiritual path from many places and I found this one of the most accessible and powerful courses there is. It’s powerful, beautiful and full of humour. This is the first time I’m writing a book review. Get this course. If you’re open to what he shares here, and he makes it really easy, building up step by step, no prior knowledge needed, it will help you to transform your life. I’ve gifted 10 copies to friends and clients just in the last two days. It’s that good. Just get it.

Life changing sessions

I’ve read two of Singers books now and have gained a new perspective on life and how to live without suffering. These sessions add more layers and ways of looking at the basics described in his first book the Untethered Soul. There are references to god and Christianity that I was surprised by but he also mentioned other philosophies. Don’t be turned away by this as I am Atheist and took everything in context of stories and examples and not that you have to believe in a specific nor any religion at all. Great sessions! I’m thrilled to better understand that humans cause their own suffering and you can live a life without it!

Very detailed

Absolutely a must if you're looking for answers on your spiritual journey! Michael has answer all of my questions regarding what surrendering/letting go really is and he also gives a great technique on how to do it.

Loved it

Very engaging ironically. Loved the narrative style. I was a bit skeptical going into this being a Christian but I soon realized that the teachings were not at all contrary to my Christian beliefs but they actually expounded on it in many respects. would definitely recommend. In terms of being helpful...that is to be determined but I do feel confident in it.
