Lots of information

There was a lot to learn from it and it's very in-depth. The part that stuck out was the mind getting the person to do something then whining about it later to create drama. There was the part about seeing a swirl or eddy in the water. You realize the mind put it there and it's caused by a rock. If you reach in and move the rock the eddy goes away. Those eddy’s are what the mind uses to hold you captive. I found this book very informative! The author talked about reaching a level to be handed a broom to work on another aspect I’ve heard form a Buddhist teacher and it annoys many of my friends, but it's what we have to do. I will be going back through this book again and through the PDF for a while.
