This book listened to with Satisfactory

Fantastic book. The best in this area. It cuts all the self-improvement shallow bullshit and goes deep to the bone. I could not have enough of this book and the ideas there. I've continued to explore several of the ideas discussed in this book. Highly recommended!

I love how positive the messages here

Wow, I absolutely loved this audiobook! It is so full of useful information. I am always trying to grow and better myself and this book definitely helped me with that goal. I enjoy the affirmations here a lot. I often have negative thoughts sneak in after listening to office gossip, sitting in traffic, running late-but it's nice to drop all that as an excuse to think more positively. I love how positive the messages here are and how good they feel for the soul. It's such a refreshing listen that I listened multiple times. Would like to think like this on my own.

If we want to learn the right things about Positive Thinking the i can say that he must listen this audiobook. Because this is the audiobook which can give us right knowledge about Positive Thinking. So we should purchase this audiobook. Well, record with great meditation ideas in detail. I am on my second listening to through.

A great way to think

Whenever I listen to this audiobook, I wonder why I don't listen to it every day. I wonder if I thought like this every day, how my mood would drastically improve and I'd have a different perspective, a better outlook. So I'm going to try to listen more often. Very much enjoying it.

A great way to think no doubt. It would be nice to think this way every day naturally. I love the mindset and hope to think this way intuitively. Wish my thoughts were this positive on their own, but they need some help. I love these affirmations and the beach theme here.

Increasing my feelings of inner peace

This audiobook has been increasing my feelings of contentment and inner peace. I just feel better listening to such positivity. A great way to think no doubt. It would be nice to think this way every day naturally. I love the mindset and hope to think this way intuitively. Wish I thought like this on a daily basis naturally, but I was never that person. I love this audiobook and the thoughts it gives me.

This is an excellent and personal listen

This is a helpful audio book about Positive Thinking .The author gives lot of tips in this audio book. To know about Positive Thinking a man must be listen this audio book. This audio book is very helpful for all. This audiobook gives a clear look at the gift of meditation. I had originally gotten this audiobook from our library but realized that I will be using it for years as a reference for self and guided meditation. Highly recommended for all.

I'm working on becoming a more positive person

What a wonderful way to lead a more positive and uplifting life. I sometimes don't realize that I'm becoming what is known as a "hater", hating on this and that. It consumes your thoughts before you know it. I realized my though pattern was becoming negative while listening to this, as it is so different from my usual thought process. As the saying goes, change your thoughts, change your life. I'm working on becoming a more positive person and this is helping immensely.

Positive Thinking Meditation

This book is essentially an assortment of moving bits for every day of the year. They are not excessively strict, however they are without a doubt motivating and provocative. I've been purchasing and giving this little book to customers for over years and they love it. The tone of the positive reasoning encourages them set themselves up rationally for the difficulties ahead every day.

Feeling very good and rested

This meditation I've done a few times and I love it. The last time, I was so relaxed I fell asleep and woke up feeling very good and rested. It's amazing what these can do for you. I think they do have great health qualities. The voice guide is wonderful with a soothing voice. This is very helpful to relax and unwind. It has helped me be able to calm down, relax and fall asleep so many times. I rely on this often to sleep. Thanks! I did receive this for free for an honest review, but everything I said is the truth. Love these and highly recommended.
