Many powerful tools!

Bedtime stories and guided Meditation are amazing!

Bedtime stories and guided Meditation are used to be my favorite things in the world when I was a kid and I honestly never ever imagined to use them or to listen to them now, to help me with my insomnia. That was a surprise but a very pleasing one!

The power of the mind

One of the strongest tools that the human being has is the mind or the brain; why I say this, the truth because I suffered a lot with my overweight problems but I discovered that with the help of meditation and hypnosis, one can control all the negative things and transform it into positive.

Great meditation and hypnosis sections

I’m a huge fan of this audiobook! I’ve never been a big audiobook listener, but this topic is perfect for the audiobook format! The introductory information about what meditation and hypnosis is was great to digest through listening. Then the meditations and hypnosis sections were perfect to play before I went to bed. I feel like if this was a hardcover book, I’d get discouraged and not finish. But, the reader of the audiobook really helped make the process easy and enjoyable.

Better sleep

I have to wake up super early for my job (4AM) so most days I don’t get great sleep. I’m a night owl so it’s hard to force myself to fall asleep at 8PM in order to wake up on time with a good amount of sleep the next morning. Hypnosis for Rapid Weight Loss and Deep Sleep was able to help me fall asleep quicker than I ever had before! I loved the hypnosis tracks, the meditation tracks, and the bedtime stories. I am waking up easier than I ever have before and falling asleep faster too.

A fantastic guide!

I used to think self-hypnosis was a far more complicated process but it turned out to be way easier than I ever imagined! I am in love with the process and it has actually helped me quite a lot ever since I first tried it.

Mindful eating was very useful!

I was a bit confused when I first read that name but mindful eating has turned out to be one of the tools I use the most daily to watch out and truly enjoy what I eat. I love it very much, it is a great habit to have.

I have an easier time sleeping

For the past couple of months, I had a horrible time when I tried to sleep. I just couldn’t and nothing seemed to help. I am very happy to have found this book because it is the only thing that could help me.

I have a better lifestyle.
