informative, valuable information

the beginning had repetitive explaining of what the book was about and for could have been put more simple.

Not Only For Therapists

I'm not a therapist. I'm not even a therapy client. I'm just a polyamorist. I've been practicing polyamory for many years and have read most of the books available on the subject. This one is probably the best, most useful, and most comprehensive work on the subject thus far. I especially recommend it to anyone interested in learning how to manage jealousy, even if you're not polyamorous or non-monogamous. The chapter about jealousy was more helpful than any other writing on the topic I've seen.
