One of the best diet books I’ve seen.

I was very impressed with this book. The author did a fantastic job of not only providing the details of the various diets, but also some of the science behind them. It didn’t come off as preachy or judgemental, more like a friend sharing information. The few simple recipes at the end were a nice bonus.

The narration was so smooth. Like having a friend telling the information. Perfectly done!

Packed with practical information and tips

I had previous experience with Intermittent Fasting before listening to this book but now I have much more knowledge. It is based on personal experience of the author and is packed with practical information and tips not only about IF but also Keto diet AND their combination. It was worth my time and I will re-listen. I would recommend it to anybody looking for more of how-to than theory approach. The part about IF is definitely a 5*. I have not tried Keto diet but the author has and gives you all the information you need. If you want to combine those two together, you are in the right place as well. I want to re-listen to those two parts again because there was a ton of new information.
The narration is great and I enjoyed it! Mr. Vestal has a very strong voice that kept me interested the whole time.
The only thing I could go without are the recipes in audio form. I would prefer a downloadable PDF with pictures.

Very informative...Correlates with my experience..

Having started on a journey towards losing weight, I had started doing a lot of reading online to come up with a good diet. The book correlates and reinforces a lot of the habits that I have been following since then towards losing weight. It also addresses the biggest worry I have been having till date - will I regress and go back to the old ways. Lot of great information around why a particular diet works (or may not work for you) and how to make it sustainable. The first book I am reading in this area after reading a lot of articles and it was totally worth it. Might give it a second read as well after few more month of following my newer diet.

Narration was spot on for the book and the narrator made the book all the more interesting.

Interesting and Informative

Intermittent fasting and the ketogenic diet are topics I've been interested in, but haven't explored in depth yet. This book, in a concise, interesting, and informative way, broke down these topics. I appreciated how the author brought up the pros AND the cons with these ways of eatings, as well as providing good information on how to implement. them. The only thing I would have liked was possibly a PDF to go with audiobook, there's a few recipes and eating templates discussed, and those are hard to take full advantage of in an audio format. I also very much appreciated the length of this book, I have listened to other audiobooks on nutrition or different diets, and sometimes the author seems to repeat things over and over, seemingly to increase the length of the book. This author did not do that, and it was very refreshing. The narrator also did a great job, he was engaging, and never sounded dry or forced. I can definitely see myself relistening to this if I decide to put one or both of these ways of eating into practice.

I have done research on fasting.

Healthy lifestyles can be tricky, but with the help of such great resources such as this, I can see myself actually following through. These two diets are ones I have been heard thrown around a lot lately. It was nice to finally delve into the nuts and bolts of each. Keto would be more appealing to me than IF, although I have heard some great success stories of people who have done IF. This book was informative and the narrator did a darn good job.

Great tips on IF and Keto diet!

I have done intermittent fasting in the past, I wish I would have read/listen to this book long ago. It has tips and do's and don'ts for IF that are great! It was personalized for your body type and I am excited to start my weight loss program ASAP using the new skills that I have gained with this information. The narrator was fantastic and made for easy and pleasant listening. I would recommend this book for anyone thinking of going on the Intermittent fasting or Keto diet!
