Love this one

Intermittent fasting and fasting, in general, are very popular weight loss and health improvement methods. In the beginning, it was hard for me to stay motivated because I felt very hungry, but after a few weeks, it got better and better. Thank you for this great book!

very nice

Great cookbook easy to follow recipes. Family favorite is the Intermittent Fasting. I used this several times with my family and also substituted the turkey with venison. Yummy! Cool book!

Extremely Good

This book shows you how easy it is to get started with Intermittent fasting. It also talks about how mainline health and fitness has gotten it wrong on so many levels, definitely a good read if you are looking for ways to jump start weight loss

Great stuff

I've listen most of the books out there on intermittent fasting. The author does a fabulous job of covering the how-toe's of fasting and is straight forward about what he found that works versus other author's recommendations. This is a great book and one I will refer to often.
