I have tried everything.

Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me.

Great Resource

I have found so many delicious recipes in this book! I love, love, LOVE the fat bomb recipes - there are so many things you can do with them! From just a simple fat bomb, to a topping on a brownie or lowcarb ice cream. Seriously.

Perfect Audiobook

First off, even though this book was helpful in getting started on the Keto diet know that you will not live on just bacon and butter, but they are definitely included in the Keto diet. After I listen this book I did order a couple more books for more in depth information but that is the way I usually do things, I want other ideas and opinions. This book does give you the basics and good recipes.

highly suggested.

This book is incredible for beginners. This audio book does an amazing job explaining what happens during the keto process and teaches you how to make the necessities. Plus delicious recipes! I discovered this book on the Keto Diet to be extremely helpful.

Excellent preview of the Ketogenic Diet!

To start out a new healthy set up with seizure free and medicine free you need to browse this book and take a look at a number of the delicious low crab recipes. A good book and an easy, short listen.
