Good, honest, helpful, insightful
I want to relisten to this book again. So much in this book to unpack and meditate on whether you've experienced major childhood trauma or not. If you are a human that has experienced any pain or trauma in your life this book can help you understand your sense of self and worldview.

Very helpful
Put off doing this for a long time but finally started working on healing my inner child a month ago. Book does a solid job of explaining what’s going on within. Will certainly Listen to it a few times through. Would also checkout books by John Bradshaw
