Some of the Most Valuable Resource I Encountered
This audiobook became my personal guide on my private grief journey through numerous subsequent losses I encountered over a condensed time period. Gentle, scientific, light yet incredibly helpful and empowering. Exactly the assistance I was looking for. Practical and introspective at once. This will remain a deeply valuable tool that I plan to return to regularly.

This is an outdated edition of this book
This doesn't sync with the new edition. I can't follow along with this audio version as I read the hard copy. They don't sync. VERY frustrating
