The PDF is so great!

I've listened to a few of the author's books, and they're all great. This one features particularly fantastic illustrations that come free with the audiobook. Seeing the positions made everything crystal clear. Excellent book. Fantastic narrator. Recommend!!

Perfect for senior!

This book is a great guide for helping seniors achieve their fitness goals. The exercises are explained clearly and are low impact, which are great for the joints.

Fun and educational!

It can be difficult to do exercise when you get older, but more importantly, it's hard to know what you can do and how to do it safely. The book was great for teaching seniors how to build muscles and covers joint paint and the importance of stretching. My favorite part was the section that discusses the effects aging has on our bodies and how you can slow them down and even reverse them. Highly recommend for a beginner or even someone that has been working out their whole life. The narrator also has a great voice and excellent pacing- a joy to listen to.

Great low impact workout!

This will be a great gift for my parents! It can be difficult to talk about fitness to older folks but this book does it very well! It is insightful information that lets you know more about your body and how age can affect your capabilities which can be used as motivation to start working out now! It's a very practical workout guide for low impact exercises to maintain strength while being safe as well. The narration delivered the content very well and at a good pace. Highly recommended for older folks that want to stay in shape!

Useful book

I help to take care of my 80 year old grandmother and we actually have bonded through this book. She was getting weak and I could tell she didn’t like it, so we started doing these exercises together during our visits and she loves it!

Highly recommended

This audiobook is so helpful not only for seniors but also for people with busy lives. I have found it great to keep yourself active daily since using the exercises is easy. I applied with my parents, and I can see them more energetic and less complaining about their health problems, which means this is working amazingly.

Super useful book

This will make a wonderful present for my parents! It can be tough to talk about exercise with seniors, but this book succeeds admirably! It's useful knowledge that teaches you more about your body and how age affects your skills, and it can be used as encouragement to get started exercising right away! It's a helpful training guide for low-impact activities that keep you strong while being safe. The topic was given nicely and at a good pace by the narration. Highly recommended for seniors who want to maintain their fitness!
