Absolutely loved!!!!!

I adored the easy chemistry between these characters and how kind both of these admitted killers were with the people they love! Can’t wait for books 2-… to be in audio format!

Hardcore princess meets teddy bear assassin.

I love a story where the strong female can show her true inner soft side with the rock hard male, who melts for his woman. Bree and Liam were indeed made for one another and their love is evident with every word. Kellan and Liam share a bond that is beautiful to unravel and the support this whole family has for one another is incredible. While this is a dark, twisted tale, the story is woven in beauty and tied with a bow. The narration is spot on and I’ve come to love the voices attached to these characters.

Brianna O ’Keenan is the only child of Vernon and Shona, they had an arranged match that never had any love in it. She wants to run the business in London when her Granddad, Patrick retires, but being a woman, she has been told she can hope to rule with her husband.

Liam Doughty is a hired assassin that was hired by Vernon and never paid. He decides to take the one thing Vernon holds dear, his daughter, Brianna, he kidnaps her. What he does not expect is that Brianna is not the pamper princess he was expecting, nor was he expecting to find her so attractive.

Even though he knows that Liam has his daughter, Vernon still refuses to pay him what is due. Liam then notifies him of the contact clause, and he is invoking it, Vernon will forfeit fifty-one percent of their business due union between Brianna and Liam. Brianna knows this her chance to rule and is willing to marry Liam.

Her grandfather convinces the pair to take two months to get know each other and offers them his London house. The pair were attracted to each other before they moved in together but once they are in close vicinity the heat rises. Who could resist a man that his so in love with his best friend’s little girl? It is not long before they each become the support of the other. The path the to wedding will not be an easy one due to others who do not want this to take place.

Heed the trigger warning, this is dark mafia story with lots of heat between the characters. The narrators did an awesome job portraying the pair.
