Lose weight effortlessly

If you want you can eat 1 kg of raw fennel and not only, taking into account the remaining calories, you can also eat a slice and an apple , for dinner, while for breakfast you can eat a fruit, a low-fat yogurt and a coffee.

Interesting and full of knowledge

The recommended diet is simple and intuitive (however, a preliminary visit to your doctor is recommended). I have lost about 8 kg in 3 months.
