Soooo good!!!

This book has a little bit of everything!! Horror, twists, turns, a love story, and so much more! I loved the narrators for this too!

Super dark, exciting, heartbreaking…

And that’s just Part 1. Part 2 brings things all together. Narration is some of the best I have heard.

Mia does it again!

I really enjoyed this story and I couldn't put it down. It still had an element of a love story throughout although it wasn't a straight romance. It was very interesting from start to finish.

You will just HAVE to know!!

I had a long drive for Thanksgiving and picked this book. Oh my goodness!!! On the way home I couldn’t stop. I spent the rest of the night finishing it. So wonderfully written.

Narration / Emotion!

So I rarely write reviews for any books I read and I almost let other's reviews sway me into not reading it due to it's dark/triggering topics. I figured the book would be full of triggers (rape, human trafficking, violent torture), but it was only within the first 15 to 20% of the book. Yes, the topics are talked about throughout so if that is not something you're comfortable with, don't read. But I highly encourage anyone else to read this book.

Also, the narrators were great! They brought a great amount of emotion to the book and kept me focused on what was happening.

I hope my review encourages many to read this book.

Great author!

Very well written. I’m going to read all her thrillers. My new suspense and thriller favorite author.

Great story

The beginning of the book made me want to move on, I’m relieved it didn’t stay in that setting. The fullness of the story, including the ending, is something a lot of books don’t have. I was so satisfied with the amount they covered. It left me with no questions. I don’t get the title lol but I’ll let that go. It’s the best book I’ve read this year!

Gripping and suspenseful! Great story telling from a new comer. Though the beginning of this book is a bit dark, try and get passed it as the riches will be unveiled.
