So healing!

My life has included lots of trauma and a struggle with myself because I didn’t always feel loving toward those who hurt me. “All for Love” has been my life message even before I knew these words. Thanks to Matt’s book, I now understand that there is a way to integrate the whole of who I am and love all of me, too. And in so doing, I will be better equipped to love others, too.
