Very Inspiring Book
I love this book especially here in Audible. I have listened to it twice and it always inspires me. The guides are very helpful as well and easy to follow and the reader has a very calming and clear voice. I want to practice all the exercises so I can utilize my energy more and hopefully bring me more power in the future.
