This book changed my life...

My business and my mindset. Strongly recommend to anyone. Not just business owners. It contains so many gems that can be used in day to day living.

This book is all about me

I have seen Bruce speak but this is the first time I’ve read one of his books, and I am so glad that I did. Bruce has a very conversational style, and presents complex issues in and easy to digest manner. I appreciate all of the real stories and examples that add context to his principles. You can easily apply these to almost any business. Now, I’m going to work on making my Cc to CC changes!

It’s simple but not easy!!!

Terrific read. Very accessible and relatable.

powerful perspective on marketing

This is a really insightful perspective on marketing that captures really good insights about human behavior. As the title suggests, he starts by focusing on the customer, and making your company, product and service all about making them feel good about themselves. Turkel explains a topic that is relatively hard to explain and understand. He does it well through a lot of well told stories with plenty of context. I strongly recommend this book.

Must read for Marketers and Advertisers

Bruce reminds us time and time again in his book to be clearly customer focused using fresh new examples and novel perspectives. As a 30 year branding and creative professional. I found tremendous value in what he has to say. If you’re involved in selling in any way, you need to read this book. Also, the narrator is world class with perfect tempo and intonation. It’s like spoken music!!
