Wonderful book on going above and beyond

If you have ever worked in the hospitality or restaurant industry, get this book!! Will does such a good job of showing what it takes to get to the top and how to set yourself apart from everyone else. But most importantly it shows the rewards of taking care of people. We need food to survive everyday, but there is a difference when you an experience eating a meal.

Plus having the book read by the author just conveys all of the emotions that were felt along the journey. Thank you Will for such a great story and hope you will write another book.

Speaks to my soul and my passion

I have consumed, in all forms, a lot of leadership and service information. Over 40 years in the restaurant business, finally, someone has put together an honest, straightforward, easily digestible (pun intended) narrative that is inclusive of all aspects of the business. Any business, for that matter. It takes a team, all parts of that team are important, for efficiency, peace of mind, and ultimately, financial and emotional gain.
