On today's episode, Caitie Crosby joins the podcast to discuss her nearly lifelong battle with anxiety and eating disorders. Caitie is a Project Manager, Photographer and animal enthusiast from New England. Diagnosed with anxiety at a very young age, which ultimately contributed to a long battle with eating disorders, Caitie sought treatment in 2016. In recovery, she now seeks to use her experience to educate others on the complexities of eating disorders and their comorbidity with other mental illnesses. When not working, you're most likely to find her somewhere in a field on her horse, with her dog in tow.
