• The Power of Healing [Part Three]
    Mar 26 2022

This is part three of our three-part series on The Power of Healing. In this episode, we discuss the documentary, Heal. This episode is all about spiritual and physical healing, healing as a whole, and the powers and capacity to heal.

The Heal documentary is led by director Kelly Noonan Gores. Kelly and the cast of the film take us on a scientific and spiritual journey, where we can hear stories of people who share how their thoughts, beliefs, and emotions have had a huge impact on their health and ability to heal.

The documentary has a very empowering approach, insisting on the fact that we are not victims of unchangeable genes and that we have more control over our health and life than we have been taught to believe.

The documentary shares perspectives of some of the most famous healers, scientists and spiritual teachers of our time, such as Bruce Lipton, Joe Dispenza, Deepak Chopra, Michael Beckwith, and Kelly Turner. I love Deepak Chopra and all of his work and Michael Beckwith.

Heal explores the science of healing with stories of radical remissions and medical discoveries.

Scientists and spiritual teachers discuss how thoughts, beliefs, and emotions impact human health and the ability to heal.

Disclaimer: This episode covers more holistic approaches to healing as a whole and is not intended to replace advice by your medical professional.

    “I Am Enough” Meaning

Following three decades of experience examining many common issues and concerns—from smoking and excessive drinking to compulsive shopping and even depression—world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer identified that the root of many problems stems from the need to fill an inner emptiness of not feeling “enough.”

The “I am enough” meaning is simple. It’s a statement of truth you tell yourself every day to remind you that you are already everything you need to be. You are exactly who you are meant to be. But don’t confuse “being enough” with “being perfect.” That isn’t what the meaning of “I am enough” is. In fact, we don’t encourage perfection—perfection doesn’t exist!
