These stretches hit the right spots! I was very impressed by Jaime’s ability to explain how to properly perform each stretch. I even wish it was a little longer.

This is your "rest day," and it fits well as one. I will say that if you practice yoga, you may find this fairly easy and/or want to modify some of the moves. It's not mentioned in the description, but I would recommend a yoga mat for this one.
