They live with us each day and constitute a conscious decision about how we wish to live our lives and the qualities we wish to embody.

    Imagine waking up each day with a clear vision of how we want our day to be, of living not for the past or the future, but for the 'right here and right now'. Setting intentions paves way for us to live in the present moment every day and lends a fresh perspective to overcome everyday challenges.

    Unlike goals, setting life intentions do not require comprehensive planning but a strong resolve supported by faith and focus. Neither is setting intentions about rapid changes nor sudden turnarounds. It's about integrating these into our everyday routine for better peace of mind and clarity of purpose.

    As we step into each new day, we set our segment intentions – determining how we want our day to look and how we want our life to feel. So, take a few moments out of your busy schedule each day to clear your mind and set your daily intentions.
